How To Order
Online
You can order online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Simply select the items you require and add to your shopping basket, as you shop you can view and amend your order at any time by clicking on the ‘View Shopping Basket’. When your order is complete, click on ‘checkout’ and enter your customer details, delivery details and payment information. Please note: orders will not be processed without payment.
Ordering by Post
You can order by Post by writing out your order clearly on paper. You can send a cheque or postal order. (Please do not send cash).
Please make cheques payable to Active-Underwear Ltd and post to: Active-Underwear Ltd, 8 Burton Road, Coton-in-the-Elms, S.Derbyshire DE12 8HJ
Please ensure that you state your name and address and contact number, on your order.
Delivery
All products will be shipped as soon as possible, subject to payment/card authorisation and stock availability. If any goods are out of stock we will inform you by email or telephone as soon as possible and inform you of expected delivery, this will enable you to decide to wait for goods, reorder or cancel.
All deliveries will be made according to the carriers' standard procedures. We obtain proof of receipt for all UK deliveries and most international deliveries, please ensure someone is available to sign for the parcel at the delivery address.
Overseas orders
We are happy to export orders. Postage is charged at cost. Delivery may take longer than standard 7 working days, for international deliveries. International deliveries will be tracked (if this is available in the recipient country) from our premises, to the customer. However, in some countries it is not possible to do this and in these instances, we can only track the shipment until it leaves the UK - Active-Underwear Ltd accepts no responsibility for these particular shipments once they leave the UK.
Returns and Exchange
We are confident you will be very happy with your purchase. However, If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase you may return it for exchange or refund within 14 days of receipt.
Goods returned must be in perfect condition, ie “unworn”, with all labels attached, in the original packaging. Please ensure that all briefs/thongs are tried on over your own underwear. It would be helpful if you emailed us to inform us that you were returning goods.
On receipt of your parcel we will confirm refund or exchange within 2 weeks, and refunds/exchange will be made within 21 days of receipt of goods returned (subject to stock availability). This does not affect your statutory rights.
Where you require exchange, this will be sent postage free, (GB only).
Please pack carefully to avoid damage and don’t forget to enclose the return form which was sent with your order. Also ensure that returned goods are fully insured against loss/damage, we recommend registered post and retain proof of purchase.
Goods returned under complaint will not be accepted unless clean and dry.

The right is reserved not to accept returned goods after 14 days or if goods are not in perfect condition. This guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights.
Postal Charges
Postage within the UK is:
£6.60 standard – up to 7 working days from despatch, unless otherwise specifically stated on individual products. However, we will endeavour to contact you if we foresee the delivery period being longer than the standard 7 working days.
International postal charges are as at cost, and delivery can take longer than the standard 7 working days.
Postage is not refundable on returns.
P & P includes packaging, handling, outgoing insurance and carriage. Postal prices subject to change.
Orders over £150.00 – Free of charge postage (wthin the UK).
