About Us
 Active-Underwear Ltd was established by Jayne Wilkinson, when she realised that there was only a very small range of choice of sports underwear available to the equestrian market, unless you wanted to spend hours browsing general sports underwear websites or shops, and then hoping for the best, that your purchase would be comfortable to ride in.
As a keen horse-rider who enjoys taking part in all types of activities – from a gentle, fun hack, to more serious competitions, Jayne is well aware of some of the “comfort issues” that horse-riders can face when it comes to choosing the correct underwear to ride in.
Of course, our sports underwear can be worn when you are partaking in other activities - whether attending a local aerobics class, taking part in other sports, or if you just have an active lifestyle. We’re here to support you.
Why buy from Active- Underwear?
All our products have been “rider tested” and given a comfort rating out of 10. If during testing, a product fails to reach a score of 7/10, it will not be offered for sale by us.
Obviously each individual is different, and may prefer varying styles, depending on body type/size etc, so ultimately the choice of what to buy is entirely yours. The rider comfort rating is purely there as a guide to help you choose. Even if you are not a horse-rider, and are buying to use in another activity, the comfort rating can still give you an indication of the comfort/support you can expect from that product.
We also realise that buying underwear online can be a “strange and new experience” for some – what if it doesn’t fit? Our straightforward Returns and Exchange Policy means you have no need to worry – see our Delivery & Returns page.
